Introduction

Welcome to Satsangee. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the 'Services'). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Satsangee.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us directly. Account deletion will result in the removal of your personal information from our active databases, subject to our retention of certain information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

User Content

Our Services allow you to post, share, and store content, including photos, videos, comments, text, and other media ('User Content'). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights for content you post. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation and provision of our Services.

You are solely responsible for all User Content you post or share through the Services and for the consequences of posting or sharing it. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate the privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party
  • Your User Content does not contain any material that could be considered harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, screen, edit, or remove any User Content at any time, for any reason, without notice. We do not endorse any User Content and expressly disclaim any liability related to User Content.

You acknowledge that all User Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content. We may preserve and disclose your User Content if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with legal process
  • Enforce these Terms
  • Respond to claims that any User Content violates the rights of third parties
  • Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Satsangee, its users, and the public

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
  • Harass, bully, or harm another person or entity
  • Impersonate another user, person, or entity
  • Post content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
  • Collect user data without their consent or through unauthorized means
  • Post spam, unsolicited promotional content, or engage in manipulative behaviors
  • Attempt to deceive, defraud, or mislead other users
  • Transmit or upload any material containing viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other harmful code
  • Engage in data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering activities without our prior consent

Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your access to our Services.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, and the selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by Satsangee, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Services without our express written permission.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on our Services infringes upon your copyright, please notify us by providing the following information:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Services
  • Your contact information
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete your account through the app settings.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall survive termination of your access to the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SATSANGEE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Satsangee, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Satsangee is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in such jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Monetization, Rewards, and Withdrawals

Satsangee features a Reward Points System where users can earn points by completing tasks and engaging with the platform. These points may be redeemable for in-app rewards or cash equivalents.

Important Terms:

  • Points and rewards may be redeemable for real-world value (e.g., cash), as specified within the app.
  • Reward points are converted to cash equivalents based on a conversion rate determined by Satsangee, which may change from time to time.
  • Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount threshold, which may be updated periodically and is displayed within the app.
  • Satsangee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards or withdrawal system at any time without prior notice.
  • Users must provide accurate and verifiable payment details to process a withdrawal.
  • Satsangee is not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect user input or third-party payment provider errors.
  • Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from earning rewards or cash through the app. Satsangee is not responsible for withholding, collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes on behalf of users.
  • Misuse or abuse of the system — including fraudulent activities, fake engagement, or manipulation — may result in account suspension or permanent disqualification from monetization.

Satsangee displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. We are not affiliated with or responsible for the content of these advertisements.

By using Satsangee, you acknowledge that:

  • Third-party advertisers may use cookies and tracking technologies to deliver relevant, personalized ads.
  • Satsangee does not control or take responsibility for how third-party networks collect, store, or use your data.
  • All interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and those advertisers.
  • You can manage ad preferences and tracking permissions in your device or browser settings.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new Terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.
