Reporting Mechanisms

We provide multiple channels for reporting concerns:

  • In-App Reporting: Every post, comment, and user profile has an easily accessible reporting option
  • Email Reporting: Direct reports can be sent to safety@satsangee.com
  • Urgent Concerns: For immediate attention to serious safety concerns, contact urgent-safety@satsangee.com

All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly. We aim to respond to all safety reports within 24 hours.

User Guidelines and Education

We believe prevention starts with education. We provide:

  • Clear community guidelines that explicitly prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes or exploits minors
  • In-app safety tips and resources
  • Age-appropriate safety information for younger users
  • Resources for parents and guardians to help keep children safe online

Legal Compliance

  • Reporting requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (CyberTipline reporting)
